Weight Loss Starter — Terms of Sale

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. Seller and contact

These terms govern consumer purchases from Weight Loss Starter at weightlosstarter.myshopify.com. The seller is Lucas Narguet.

Contact address: 237 Rue de Beauvais, 45240 La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, France.
Email: lucas.narguet454@gmail.com.

2. What you are buying

We sell English-language digital ebooks: The Practical Weight-Loss Guide, Everyday Recipes for Weight Loss, and The Weight-Loss Starter Bundle containing both ebooks. The product page describes the contents included in your purchase.

Individual ebooks are PDF files. The bundle is a ZIP download containing both PDFs. You need an internet connection, enough storage, a PDF reader, and, for the bundle, software or a device that can extract ZIP files. Recipe measurements mainly use metric units; nutritional figures are estimates.

These are one-time digital purchases. Printed books, physical delivery, subscriptions, video lessons, personal coaching and individual medical or nutrition consultations are not included.

3. Prices, ordering and payment

The product page and checkout display the price and currency. The final order total, including any applicable taxes and discounts, is shown before you pay. There are no physical shipping charges for these downloads.

Check the selected ebook or bundle, quantity, email address and total before submitting your order. Payment is due in full through a method available at checkout. Submitting the payment order creates an obligation to pay. Keep your order confirmation and a copy of the terms applicable when you purchase.

4. Digital delivery

Download delivery is automated after payment is confirmed. We supply the digital content without undue delay. Use the email address entered at checkout and check your spam folder if you cannot find the delivery message.

If the download is missing, inaccessible, damaged or different from what you ordered, email us with your order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send card details or passwords. We will help you obtain the correct usable files. Your statutory remedies for failure to supply or non-conforming content remain available.

Save a personal backup after downloading. A purchase does not include a promise of permanent hosted storage or unlimited replacement downloads; this does not reduce your statutory rights.

5. Personal use

Your purchase allows you to read, save and print the ebooks for your own personal use. It does not grant permission to resell, share publicly, upload for others, distribute copies or claim authorship. Exceptions and uses permitted by applicable copyright law remain available.

6. Educational content

The ebooks provide general educational information about weight loss, food and exercise. They do not provide individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. No particular weight loss, timeframe or health outcome is promised. Results and suitability vary. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains withdrawal rights, how to contact us, refund timing and an optional withdrawal form. Downloading an ebook is not treated by us as a waiver of applicable withdrawal rights. Rights relating to missing or defective content are separate from a change-of-mind withdrawal.

French statutory guarantees for one-off digital content

For conformity defects appearing within two years of supply, you may invoke the legal guarantee. During the first year, you only need to establish the defect, not when it arose. Necessary conformity updates are included.

Correction must be free, without unjustified delay or significant inconvenience. You may obtain a price reduction or terminate for a refund if correction is refused, unjustifiably delayed, charged for, significantly inconvenient or unsuccessful. A sufficiently serious defect permits an immediate reduction or termination. Minor defects do not permit termination of paid contracts.

Periods when content is unavailable for correction suspend the remaining guarantee until conforming content is supplied.

These rights arise under Consumer Code Articles L224-25-1–L224-25-31. Bad-faith obstruction may incur a civil fine up to €300,000, potentially increased to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L242-18-1).

The separate hidden-defect guarantee (Civil Code Articles 1641–1649) allows action within two years of discovery: keep the content with a price reduction, or relinquish it for a full refund.

For guarantee claims, contact Lucas Narguet at the email or postal address in section 1. Official French statutory notice.

8. Complaints and applicable law

Send a complaint to the contact details in section 1, including enough information to identify your order and the resolution you seek. French law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. These terms do not restrict access to a court or out-of-court remedy available under applicable law.

9. Privacy and changes

For information about personal data, see our Privacy Policy. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases and do not remove rights arising from an earlier order.
