Our products

Weight Loss Starter sells digital PDF ebooks, individually and in bundles. No physical products are shipped.

14-day refund offer

If your purchase is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after purchase.

This offer applies even if you have downloaded or opened the files. You do not need to give a reason, and no cancellation or administration fee will be deducted.

For a bundle purchase, this offer covers the complete bundle and the total amount paid for it.

Tell us that you would like a refund and include your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase.

Providing feedback is optional and is not a condition of receiving a refund.

Refund processing

For eligible requests under our 14-day offer, we will issue the refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your request.

Refunds are made to the original payment method and cover the amount paid for the refunded purchase, including any applicable taxes. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Download problems or incorrect files

If your download link does not work, a file is corrupted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us. We will help restore access or provide the correct files at no additional charge.

Your rights relating to faulty, missing or incorrectly described digital content are not limited to our 14-day refund offer. We will provide the remedies required by applicable law, which may include replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

Use of refunded content

After a full refund, your licence to use the refunded ebooks ends. Please delete your downloaded copies and do not continue using, sharing or distributing them.

Your statutory rights

This policy provides an additional commercial refund offer. It does not exclude, restrict or replace any cancellation rights, statutory guarantees or other mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.

The 14-day limit on our commercial offer does not shorten any longer period available under applicable law.
