Weight Loss Starter — Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Digital purchases
This policy covers The Practical Weight-Loss Guide, Everyday Recipes for Weight Loss and The Weight-Loss Starter Bundle. They are digital PDF files, with both PDFs supplied in a ZIP for the bundle. There is no physical item to return.
2. Your right to withdraw
Where French, EU or UK consumer withdrawal rules apply, you have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Any longer period or additional protection required by applicable law remains available.
We do not treat downloading or opening the files as a waiver of your withdrawal right. Under this policy, we do not rely on the digital-content withdrawal exception to refuse a request made within the applicable withdrawal period.

Identify the purchase with your name, order number if available, purchase date and the email used for the order. You may use the form below, but you do not have to. Sending your withdrawal notice before the deadline is sufficient to meet it. No explanation is required.

5. Withdrawal refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, we refund the payments covered by that withdrawal without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
After cancellation, your permission to use the cancelled digital content ends. Stop using and sharing it and remove your copies. We do not make a statutory refund conditional on providing proof of deletion.
6. Missing, incorrect or defective files
Contact us if a download link is missing, a file will not open, or the contents do not match your purchase. Include your order reference and describe the issue so we can help supply a usable, correct copy.
The 14-day withdrawal period does not replace or shorten legal rights for non-delivery, non-conformity or hidden defects. Depending on the applicable legal conditions, remedies include correction, a price reduction or ending the contract with a refund. See the statutory-guarantee information in our Terms of Sale.
If you believe you were charged twice for the same order, contact us with the relevant order references so we can investigate. Never email full payment-card details.
7. Consumer rights
This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under the law applicable to your purchase. Contact the seller above for questions or complaints.
